What We Protect
Private Homes and Estates
Private homes and estates need a trusted officer on site when the owners are away, asleep, or between staff shifts. AYC officers provide a visible, professional presence overnight or around the clock, and every check-in is verified by our operations center.

- 24/7 GSOC hourly GPS check-ins
Vacant and Unoccupied Properties
Homes that are newly built, for sale, between owners, or empty for the season are easy targets for theft, vandalism, and trespassing. An AYC officer keeps the property attended during the hours it is most at risk.

How It Works
01
Consult
We begin with a conversation. You tell us about your property, your concerns, and your timeline. We listen, ask the right questions, and tell you how we can help.
02
Assess & Plan
Our team conducts a thorough, timely assessment of your property or facility. From that, we build a security plan specific to your risks and your needs.
03
Deploy & Monitor
We deploy trained security officers and activate GSOC monitoring from day one. Every officer checks in every hour. We communicate proactively throughout your engagement. For clients moving from another provider, we manage the handoff to ensure no gap in coverage.
Trusted By Property Managers and Community Leaders Across the Nation
For the last 20 years I have been overseeing security companies protecting the largest synagogue in the southeastern US, with almost 1,000 families as members. AYC is our current provider and I have been continuously impressed by their dedication, hard work, and can-do attitude. I would place AYC at the top of that list.
