From the Field. To Your Program.

AYC brings 150 years of combined military, law enforcement, and legal experience to every consulting, training, and procurement engagement. We have operated in the environments we advise on.

Every engagement starts the same way: we listen. We ask about your environment, your existing capabilities, and the gaps you already know about. What we build from there is specific to you, not adapted from somewhere else.

With 150 years of combined operational experience across military, federal law enforcement, and private security, AYC brings field-tested perspective to every engagement. We consult, train, and procure across the United States, Canada, and internationally.

Consulting

Your Program.
Our Expertise.

From threat assessments and penetration testing to crisis planning and emergency response frameworks, AYC's consulting team builds programs grounded in operational reality.

Our team has operated in environments ranging from deployed military operations to nuclear site security. Every recommendation we deliver is tested against real-world conditions, not academic standards. In-house legal counsel is integrated into every engagement.

Our consulting engagements include: managing costs and risks, developing integrated security solutions, cooperating with and optimizing your existing systems, redesigning protocols to meet current industry standards, and where applicable, identifying and leveraging available government funding mechanisms.

From corporate leadership teams and retail security staff to nonprofit organizations, every program is built on the latest lessons from military, law enforcement, and private security practice, filtered for civilian applicability.

Every AYC training program is built for the organization receiving it. Context, culture, and regulatory environment shape the curriculum before a single session is designed.
