What We Look For

AYC holds its officers to a higher standard. Our clients depend on it. Here is what we look for in every candidate.

Valid security guard license, or willingness to obtain one. Florida requires a Class D (unarmed) or Class G (armed) license.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Military or law enforcement background preferred. Our leadership team is built from both communities, and we actively recruit from veterans and former officers.
Professional presentation and demeanor. AYC officers represent the firm at every deployment.
Comfort with accountability. Every AYC officer checks in hourly through our Global Security Operations Center. This is how we protect our clients and our people.
Physical fitness for patrol and incident response. Clear background check required.
