AYC Security USA respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy covers information collected through this website and through phone or text communications initiated from this website. It does not cover information we collect in the course of providing security services under a separate services agreement, which is addressed in that agreement.
Information We Collect
Website Visitors
When you browse this website, we may collect basic technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. This information is collected to help us understand how the website is used and to keep it functioning properly.
Some of this technical information may be considered personal information under certain state laws even where we do not use it to identify you by name.
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, property or site address, country and state, service interest, message, and how you heard about us. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and connect you with the right member of our team.
Phone and Text Messages
If you call or text the number on this website, we collect your phone number and the contents of your communication so we can respond. Message and data rates may apply to texts; you can opt out of texts by replying STOP. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Careers Application Form
If you apply for a position through our careers form, we collect the information needed to evaluate your application and, where applicable, to conduct lawful pre-employment screening. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, driver's license number, employment history, and information relating to your criminal history where permitted by law.
Date of birth, driver's license number, and criminal-history information are treated as sensitive information. We collect them only for legitimate employment-eligibility, licensing, and screening purposes, limit access to authorized personnel, and retain them only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law. Where we obtain background-check or consumer reports, we do so only after providing any legally required stand-alone disclosure and obtaining your written authorization, and we follow the adverse-action process required by the FCRA and applicable state law. We consider criminal history consistent with applicable ban-the-box and fair-chance requirements. You must be at least 18 to apply through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To respond to calls and text messages you send us.
- To evaluate employment applications submitted through the careers form and to conduct lawful pre-employment screening.
- To improve and maintain the website.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or application.
- To protect the security and integrity of our website and to prevent fraud or misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How We Share Information
We may share your information with: (1) service providers that operate this website and process form submissions on our behalf, such as our hosting and form provider, under obligations to protect the data; (2) background-screening providers, where you have applied for employment and provided authorization; (3) professional advisors such as lawyers and auditors; (4) authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and (5) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic website functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website.
We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can adjust your browser settings to refuse them. Doing so may affect how some parts of the website function.
The cookies we use fall into two general categories: strictly necessary cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us measure site usage in aggregate. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. We aim to honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required. If we add analytics or other third-party technologies, we will identify them here.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. These services may collect technical information as part of operating the website. We encourage you to review Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com for details on how they handle data.
This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media pages on LinkedIn and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies directly.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and careers application data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or complete the hiring process.
As general guidance, we retain contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to address them and for a reasonable period afterward; we retain application materials for successful candidates as part of the personnel record, and materials for candidates who are not hired for the period required by applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws (generally at least one year, or longer where a specific law or claim requires). Background-screening results are retained and disposed of in accordance with the FCRA and applicable state record-disposal laws. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or destroy it. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us directly and we will do so where legally permitted.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information submitted through this website. This website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including for the sensitive applicant data described above. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
In addition, our forms are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly using the information in the section below. We will respond to your request as promptly as possible.
Depending on your state of residence, these rights may also include the right to confirm whether we possess your information, to obtain a copy or portable version of it, to correct inaccuracies, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do not engage in these). You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. To submit a request, email info@aycsecurity.com or call (561) 571-7983. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; where available, you may also contact your state attorney general.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
We will update the "Last updated" date below when we make changes.
