With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, tactical operations, and customer-focused service, Byron is a seasoned professional dedicated to ensuring safety, security, and client satisfaction. Currently a commissioned peace officer and tactical instructor, Byron has built a career marked by excellence in operational security, specialized training, and community engagement.
Byron’s law enforcement career spans over 13 years, including distinguished service on a regional SWAT team. He has participated in high-stakes tactical operations such as high-risk search warrants and protection details for political figures, honing his expertise in operational planning, situational awareness, and crisis management. As a Certified Firearms Instructor and Armorer, Byron trains officers and security personnel in advanced tactics, including red-dot pistol systems, CQB/CQC techniques, vehicle dynamics, and force-on-force scenarios.
In his current role, Byron extends his expertise beyond active duty by coordinating security for special events and providing secure transport services. He serves as a liaison to outside agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration for high-profile events and operations. His commitment to training is evident in his role as an instructor at a private training company, where he equips law enforcement and civilians with the skills needed for safe and effective firearm use.
Byron’s dedication to community engagement is exemplified through his founding and coaching of a high school shooting team, now entering its fourth season, and his leadership in youth sports programs such as junior high football. His mentorship has fostered responsibility, discipline, and teamwork among the next generation.
