ANDREW CARR-LOCKE
Chief Personnel Officer
Andrew Carr-Locke has deep roots in the private security sector, having founded the Redfield Group in Toronto, which was eventually acquired by Garda. Prior to that, he managed security for $500 million dollars’ worth of commercial property in downtown Toronto, successfully managing it through the Occupy Movement and the G20 Conference Riots.
As well, Andrew managed security for the 2013 PGA tour at Glen Abby Oakville, and for public spaces and road closures for major Toronto city events and spaces such as Yonge-Dundas Square, Woofstock, Buskerfest, and the Canadian Tire NHL Jumpstart Foundation.
During the Toronto Garbage Strikes he was part of the management team for a city-wide effort to contain the issues with a long-term public service strike.
Over the course of his career, Andrew developed and managed security-concierge hybrid services for several Toronto based security agencies such as Intelligarde International. He formed the foundations of their condominium portfolios and directed and informed their approach to customer service centric approaches to concierge and front-desk security services. The model was so successful that it has been replicated by other agencies, focusing solely on operating within that model.
